The official Pokémon GO Fest page has been updated. Dapper Pikachu and Falinks with costumes are now featured, and the page shows where to catch them. However, a few mistakes remain. For example, the page lists all three Formal Pikachu variants (with a monocle and blue, red, or yellow accents) as available in Osaka and Jersey City, while only two variants are shown as wild spawns in Paris. This is likely an error.
For GO Fest Global, we now know that Dapper Pikachu (with glasses and a hat in blue, red, or yellow) will appear in level-1 raids, while Falinks with costume is available in level-3 raids. Currently, these costume Pokémon are raid-exclusive. Whether this will change remains unknown, but we'll keep you updated if there are further changes.
