Summary: The Pokémon Horizons: The Series Celebration Event returns to Pokémon GO from April 16 to April 22, 2025, featuring the debut of Tinkatink and its evolutions. The Pokémon Horizons: The Series Celebration Event is making a triumphant return to Pokémon GO from Wednesday, April 16, at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
This event marks the debut of Tinkatink and its evolutions—Tinkatuff and Tinkaton—in the game. Players can evolve Tinkatink into Tinkatuff with 25 Tinkatink Candy and further into Tinkaton with 100 Tinkatink Candy.
Adding to the festivities, a new costumed Pokémon, Floragato wearing a hat adorned with Liko’s pin, will be available. Trainers might also encounter Pikachu wearing Cap’s hat in the wild, both with increased chances of being Shiny during this event.
Event Bonuses
The event introduces several bonuses, including more frequent appearances of Team GO Rocket balloons and a halved Egg Hatch Distance when Eggs are placed into Incubators during the event. Additionally, there's an increased chance to encounter Shiny versions of Pikachu wearing Cap’s hat and Floragato wearing Liko’s pin hat.
In the wild, players can expect to see Pokémon such as Quagsire, Shuckle, Slugma, Nosepass, Snorunt, Sprigatito, Fuecoco, Quaxly, and Pawmi more frequently. Some lucky Trainers might even encounter Pikachu wearing Cap’s hat.
